「HangSpine（悬脊）」是一款 Apple Watch 悬垂训练计数与统计应用。 我们不收集、不传输、不存储任何个人信息。
HangSpine is an Apple Watch hang-training counter and statistics app. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
1. Your training data
所有训练记录仅保存在你自己的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 上（系统本地存储）。 没有账户体系、没有服务器、没有云端同步——卸载 App 即彻底删除所有数据。
All training records are stored only on your own iPhone and Apple Watch (system-local storage). There are no accounts, no servers, and no cloud sync — uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data.
2. Health data
仅在你明确授权后，App 会将完成的训练以「体能训练」形式写入 Apple 健康。 App 不读取健康数据，健康数据不会离开你的设备，也绝不用于广告、出售或与任何第三方共享。
Only after your explicit permission, the app writes completed workouts to Apple Health. The app does not read health data. Health data never leaves your device and is never used for advertising, sale, or sharing with any third party.
3. Device sync
手表与手机之间的数据传输使用 Apple 系统提供的 WatchConnectivity（本机蓝牙/局域网）， 过程不经过任何第三方服务器。
Data transfer between watch and phone uses Apple's system-provided WatchConnectivity (local Bluetooth/Wi-Fi). No third-party servers are involved.
4. No tracking
App 不包含任何分析统计 SDK、广告组件或追踪代码，不采集设备标识符，不追踪你的使用行为。
The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising components, or tracking code; it collects no device identifiers and does not track your usage.
